Now that is exciting! Are you going to do it? I always envy people who can write novels. I do fine with children's books and magazine articles, but I've never tried my hand at a novel...hmmm....
I can't wait! now what to write... if it takes long enough to prepare the characters and a decent plot, I guess I might wait & do my newest novel idea- a pirate story! I realized that half of my favorite books heavily contain awesome sea adventures. I don't know much about ships or anything, but I can figure that out.. so hopefully I'll be writing about the amazing story of Tom Miller and his adventures upon her majesty's ship- The Captain- currently I'm planning for there to be this ship- sailing for England, a French ship, and two groups of pirates. the first is led by Pire 'atta 'Hooks' -his grandfather is said to have invented the word pirate... and the second group is a small fleet of Spanish pirates who are trying to recapture their best ship from Pire 'atta.. and more to come later, on my blog... night!
You make me so depressed. I want to participate... but with two AP classes and an Honors class? Not to mention the fact that I haven't even thought of a novel idea since about 2008.
